When will my order ship?

Domestic orders within Vietnam typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
International orders usually take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Do you offer free shipping?

My package is delayed or missing — what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right immediately.

We avoid single-use plastic whenever possible.
Do you offer refills?
Yes! If your location allows, you can shop in-store at our Rooted Living Refillery to refill household and personal care essentials.
